Examination sheet – doctoral admission competition, 2026 session (PDF, in Romanian)
The examination sheet (Annex 3) is the document used by the admission committee to score each candidate. The committee mark is based on three criteria, with a maximum of 100 points in total:
- previous publications in the doctoral field – up to 40 points (40 points for a WoS-indexed article, 10 points for an article in a non-WoS-indexed journal);
- participation with own papers in the doctoral field at conferences, symposia and scientific sessions – up to 30 points (5 points per participation);
- originality and feasibility of the PhD proposal – up to 30 points.
Doctoral admission average = 80% × overall average of previous studies + 20% × committee mark. The sheet is signed by the members of the evaluation committee and by the director of the doctoral school.

Candidates on the state-funded list who do not enrol lose their funded place, which is taken by candidates admitted on fee-paying places.
