CLARIFICATIONS for the Reimbursement of the Tuition fee of the Non-EU foreign citizens
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Following one’s request of information regarding the tuition fee reimbursement and the Decision taken by the University Administrative Council held on 22nd of March 2024, we communicate you that the Reimbursement procedure may be fulfilled after you fill in and attach all the documents mentioned below:
- Reimbursement Form (Annex I attached) filled in with all the requested information,
- Copy of Letter of Acceptance,
- Copy of valid Passport,
- Copy of Payment proof,
- Bank statement (in which the following details must be mentioned: full name of the BENEFICIARY, full name of the bank, IBAN, SWIFT code, bank address),
- Complete personal address,
- Reason for not enrolling attached (visa refusal, medical certificate, etc.)
If you request that the tuition fee to be sent to your legal representative bank account, you need to attach:
- Copy of valid Passport /ID of the Legal representative,
- Legalised copy of the Power of Attorney translated in English/French,
- Bank statement of the Legal representative (in which the following details must be mentioned: full name of the BENEFICIARY, full name of the bank, IBAN, SWIFT code, full bank address),
- Legal representative complete personal address.
